What cookies are

Cookies are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. They can remember an authenticated session, preserve security state, or help a service operate as expected.

Cookies we use

lucatechs_session is a strictly necessary authentication cookie used for team and client portal accounts. It contains an opaque, random session identifier rather than your password or profile. It is configured as HttpOnly, Secure in production, and SameSite Lax. A session can remain valid for up to 30 days unless you sign out, it expires, or it is revoked for security reasons.

Our infrastructure providers may also use strictly necessary security or routing technologies to deliver and protect the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking cookies on the public website.

Consent and controls

Strictly necessary cookies do not require an optional cookie preference because the requested account service cannot function without them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but authenticated areas may stop working. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or similar cookies, we will update this policy and provide an appropriate choice before using them where required.
